Run your field crews from one place
Instead of spreadsheets, group chats and paper folders: shifts, clock-in, time off, safety certificates, equipment and signed paperwork – for companies whose people work on site, not at a desk.
Early access is free – we set up your organisation with you.
Made for work that happens outside
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Cleaning and facility services
- Construction and installation crews
- Seasonal and temporary staff
Plan the work
Crew leaders plan the week; everyone sees their own shifts on the phone and clocks in when they start.
- Shift schedule
- Plan shifts per crew and site for the whole week. People see only what is theirs.
- Clock in and out from a phone
- Location is saved once when work starts and once when it ends – never in between. Clocking in works without sharing it too.
- Timesheets and overtime
- Daily and weekly overtime rules, corrections that keep a trail, and a CSV export for payroll.
- Time off
- Requests counted in working days, yearly allowances, approval in one click and a team calendar that does not show the reason.
Stay safe and compliant
Know who may operate what, what needs renewing and where every van and mower is.
- Certificates and licences
- Expiry dates with scans attached, and a list of everything that runs out in the next 60 days.
- Safety training
- A course catalogue with mandatory courses, a whole crew's session recorded at once, and a list of who still needs it.
- Incidents
- Report a near miss or an injury with photos from the site; managers review and close it with a note.
- Equipment
- Vans, mowers and tools handed out with a return date, returned good or damaged, and problems that block use until fixed.
Look after your people
From the first day to the last – paperwork signed, goals agreed and nobody forgotten.
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Checklists for new starters; leaving is closed only when equipment is back and documents are settled.
- Documents and signatures
- Personal files, company policies with versions, and signatures drawn with a finger on the phone.
- Reviews and goals
- Self-review and manager review on a 1–5 scale, goals with progress and notes from one-to-ones.
- Announcements, kudos and surveys
- News for a crew or everyone, thanks between colleagues, and anonymous surveys that show results only from three answers up.
One account for the whole group
- Several companies
- Keep each company of your group separate under one organisation and switch between them.
- Roles that match the work
- Administrators run the organisation, managers their crews, and crew members see their own shifts, hours and documents.
- Nothing to install
- Rostra runs in the browser of any phone or computer. Your crews need a link, not an app store.
- Data kept in the EU
- Your data is stored in a data centre in Warsaw, Poland, and organisations never see each other's.
Early access
