Who we are

This site presents Rostra, an HR application for companies with field crews, built by Ambit. Questions about your data: write to us through the early-access form and say what you need.

The early-access form

When you send the form we receive your name, work e-mail, company, country, how many people work on site and your message, by e-mail. We use them only to reply to you and to set up your access to Rostra, because you asked us to.

We keep them as long as we talk about Rostra with you, and delete them when you ask.

Statistics and cookies

We count visits ourselves - nothing goes to Google or other analytics companies. For each page view we keep the page, its language, the site or campaign you came from, your country and the type of device. We do not keep your IP address or browser details.

rostra_consent - strictly necessary: remembers your choice about statistics for six months.

rostra_vid - only after you accept statistics: a random number that lets us count returning visitors, kept for six months. Rejecting removes it; without it a visit is counted anonymously.

Where this site runs

The site and its statistics are kept in a data centre in Warsaw, Poland; the site is delivered through Cloudflare's network, which protects it from attacks.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and complain to a data protection authority – in Poland the UODO, or the one in your country.
